GRP stands for Glass Reinforced Plastic, also known as Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP). It is a composite material made by reinforcing a plastic polymer matrix with fine fibers of glass. The glass fibers provide high strength and stiffness to the material and make it strong and durable.
Glass-fibre reinforced concrete, or GRC, is an innovative and lightweight concrete. With the opportunity to cast virtually unlimited shapes, profiles and textures – GRC can bring your project to life without limitations. It uses alkali-resistant glass fibres as reinforcement instead of the steel used in conventional precast. Glass-reinforced gypsum (GRG), which may also be called glass fibre reinforced gypsum (GFRG) is a composite material consisting of gypsum casting plaster and glass fibre matting that reinforces the structure of the overall material. It’s more durable than many forms of traditional plasterwork, can offer smoother finishes, and has higher impact resistance. These properties, as well as others, are often the defining factor in contractors and architects choosing to use GRG in their work.

HDPE has a very good UV resistance and functions well in cold temperatures. It is also strong and very stiff.
